1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "Client", or "Organization"), and Stolixo ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Stolixo enterprise platform and related services.
2. Enterprise Software License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable enterprise fees, Stolixo grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform strictly for your internal business operations. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the software.
3. Account Responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their administrative credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts. You must immediately notify Stolixo of any unauthorized use of your systems.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Enterprise and Professional tier customers are subject to the specific uptime and support response guarantees detailed in their respective Service Level Agreements. Stolixo strives for 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows which are communicated in advance.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the platform is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the platform are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Stolixo or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform.
